This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

These Terms govern the use of the Logos ita/rus app, the web version at app.logos-apps.com and the logos-apps.com website (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms and the privacy policy.

1. The Service

Logos ita/rus is an educational app for learning Russian, for Italian speakers. It includes lessons, topics, exercises, games, review reminders, a level test and an assistant based on artificial intelligence (the “Olga Assistant”). The Service is constantly evolving: we may add, change or remove features, while trying not to reduce what is included in your current subscription.

2. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe and not transfer your account. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account on your own; below that age, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.

3. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan includes part of the content (including the alphabet, the first part of A1, the Lifesaving phrases, review and a limited number of questions a day to the Assistant). Premium unlocks all the content and features shown in the app at the time of purchase.

• Prices: Premium monthly €12.99, Premium annual €69.99, Premium Couple annual €99.99 for two accounts. Prices include VAT; the valid price is the one shown at the time of purchase.
• Free trial: new subscribers may get a free trial of 7 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires.
• Cancellation: you can cancel whenever you like in your Apple account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Payments and refunds: purchases made in the app are handled by Apple under its own terms; refund requests must be made to Apple.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Service provides digital content. By buying a subscription you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once supply has begun, the right of withdrawal within 14 days under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply, as permitted by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Your rights under Apple's terms remain unaffected.

5. Assistant based on artificial intelligence

The Olga Assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. Answers are generated automatically, with a synthetic voice recreated from Olga's voice, and may be inaccurate or incomplete: use them as a study aid and check important information. Do not enter sensitive data or other people's data. Using the Assistant for unlawful or offensive purposes, or for purposes other than language learning, is prohibited. We may apply reasonable usage limits to guarantee the service for everyone.

6. Permitted use

The Service is for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. You may not copy, automatically extract, resell or distribute the content, circumvent the technical measures or limits of the Service, or use it in a way that harms its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, audio, voice, images, trademarks, logo and software of the Service belong to Logos or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal licence, which is neither exclusive nor transferable, to use them within the Service.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the Service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, giving notice where possible.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Important changes will be communicated in the app or by email with reasonable notice; if you do not accept them you can cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
